▪️OVERNIGHT OATMEAL ▪️

🔺This is for all of you who had asked me for the recipe of the overnight Oatmeal in the video which I had posted a while ago.
.
🔺Overnight Oatmeal is very easy to make and also healthy. You can make it in different ways, with a variety of different ingredients, depending on your taste preferences and your daily calorie requirements. It also helps to satisfy your sugar cravings and gives a treat to your taste buds while you're on a diet or when you feel bored with your regular foods.

🔺You can modify the ingredients or their quantities depending on your goal and daily calorie requirements
The ingredients and approximate macros of this meal is given below:
* 70g oats
* 2 scoops of protein (Impact whey isolate, Chocolate flavour from @myprotein
* 60g blueberries
* 30g Walnuts
* 1 medium size banana
* 100 ml full fat milk
* 100 ml water
Approximate Macros (calculated using MyFitnessPal app)
* Carbohydrates - 82g
* Protein - 67g
* Fat - 30g
Total - 860 calories (approx)

Bro, I still use Fast and Up products, but my Fast and Up whey protein was over. Since they don’t have shipment to UAE, I’ll have to wait until I go to India next time, because I usually collect the Fast and Up products when I go to India. I have been using MyProtein for many years now, and that’s the most convenient and easiest for me to get here in UAE. And also because you mentioned Fast and Up as a “local brand”, I think you should go back and check the videos where I did the review of Fast and Up products and mentioned about their “Informed choice”, “Informed sport” badging and other details which shows that they meet the International standards and quality in their products. So it’s better to first check the details before you make any such public comments. And, just to add, if I were to promote any brand without checking about their quality, I would have been the Brand ambassador of a lot of supplement brands worldwide because I get that many collaboration requests every day. So pls make such comments wisely Bro. 😉👊
