🔺This is for all of you who had asked me for the recipe of the overnight Oatmeal in the video which I had posted a while ago.

🔺Overnight Oatmeal is very easy to make and also healthy. You can make it in different ways, with a variety of different ingredients, depending on your taste preferences and your daily calorie requirements. It also helps to satisfy your sugar cravings and gives a treat to your taste buds while you're on a diet or when you feel bored with your regular foods.

🔺You can modify the ingredients or their quantities depending on your goal and daily calorie requirements
The ingredients and approximate macros of this meal is given below:
* 70g oats
* 2 scoops of protein (Impact whey isolate, Chocolate flavour from @myprotein
* 60g blueberries
* 30g Walnuts
* 1 medium size banana
* 100 ml full fat milk
* 100 ml water
Approximate Macros (calculated using MyFitnessPal app)
* Carbohydrates - 82g
* Protein - 67g
* Fat - 30g
Total - 860 calories (approx)
