Yes you can! You can alternate the high frequency and galvanic disincrustation every three or four days… also spray apple cider vinegar with water, a 20% solution every day before you apply moisturizer. Love from Canada.

You can buy high frequency machines right on Amazon. Of course a professional high frequency is stronger but the handheld for home use. It’s actually quite good. First of all, you need to know why you getting puffy eyes, is it from diet, is it from water retention, is it because you’re not drinking enough water. Sometimes lymph drainage will help with facial muscle exercising. I do have several tutorials and a subject that might help you. Loved the video, you have a new follower from Argentina. Two questions 1. Should I not use it with dental inplants? Hello there when you say there is more gap between the electrode and the skin, I always thought the gauze would cause like a barrier? So it is better to use it? And do you need oils or oxygenating cream to use with this machine when gliding across the face gor Oily combination skin or just for dry skin...I have the indirect head which client holds for direct frequency and noticed you used the direct for mature skin. Can this be any one?

Bought mine several years ago so havent used in awhile. I have one tube that is cloudy appearing and puts out a green light. Can you advise what it may do?
What are the colours that you have? Usually the warm colour is for product absorption and the cool or green is for antiseptic action. I have several tutorials. That explains exactly how to use this amazing device. Hope this answers your question. Maria.

They have two different effects, theLED light or therapy it is more for rejuvenation and repair of the skin and the main focus is for framing and as the word says it’s a light. Hello? Great video. I have done skin courses last year in canada learnt to use this machine. I recently ordered two machines from ali express. I use it the way you are using it however my machine seems like giving shocks even on the end position. Do u have any suggestions how can i use my finger without getting those shocks? I tried talcum powder too. It didn't help.

I have a few questions and can’t find more information on them . I would appreciate some help . I use to get facials a while ago and they really helped to control my acne . I wanted to try it at home and bought an at home device but its neon . Can i still use it for killing acne bacteria ? Since its the same one used at salons ? Which creams are good to use to prep the skin ? Some information contradicts itself and say the skin must be dry , Some say to use a serum but all products used have to be alcohol and acid free I have dental fillings and have noticed that i get the metallic taste in my mouth even if i dont use it on the highest setting . Is it still safe to use or should i discontinue use ? After using high frequency can i use a acne spot treatment (Ex. kate somerville drying lotion ) or is that too harsh ?
When you use high frequency and is for acne of course it’s better to have the argon which is the blue light, however the orange light which is the neon is still looking. If you have acne, I advise that you don’t put any cream on the skin just a gauze so you can slide more easily. As your skin gets better then you can apply serum’s but not at the moment. Try not to use the high frequency too often and not too long. Maximum 3 to 5 minutes every second day. May I ask what type of acne do you have? And where are you from? I advise all the time after doing bikini wax under arm wax to use the high frequency for a few minutes. That will prevent a lot of the papules and inflamed follicles after epilation. Maria
I did at- home treatment with HF and direct technique. I think on the laboal fold area is very dry and actual looked like I have a slight burn ( skin is thicker and has a slight tight feeling. Like it is healing after a slight burn) is this possible ? I have don this treatment before and I don’t use it past the mid way point on the dial. Any insight about what I have done incorrectly

This is an oscillating current, and if it’s used too long, it will cause irritation and sometimes burning...If you’re using for acne, do it direct with no nourishing products... if you’re doing it for mature skin, apply a good night cream, and do not keep it onto the skin too long to cause irritation. How long to keep it it will vary from person to person. But no longer than 2 to 3 minutes. I hope this answers your question, please subscribe and share with others. This type of massage, can be either relaxing, left drainage, and also stimulating. It all depends how you move your hands. Take a moment and watch the full video, and I do explain.
It is better not to do high frequency on the men’s beard, metal in the bodies are fine… however, if you’re doing high frequency on the face, try not to go close with the electrode near the piercing.
I just purchased a new HF Nuderma brand machine that actually combines both the neon and argon gases. Is this drying, given that you mentioned the neon being for anti-aging and as distinct from the drying effects of the argon (with its acne fighting qualities)? I’m now concerned I’ll be drying my already dry skin! :-(
Thanks for replying! I guess I’d like to increase serum absorption as well as address overall skin health, fine lines and wrinkles, surface skin quality. I am also worried about possible increase in hyperpigmentation with HF. Is this something that can be exacerbated? I am a brown skinned woman who easily gets dark spots.

Prior to kids (who are both between 7-9) I looked like a teenager! I have a pretty good skin care routine focused on hydration, with use of vitamin C, retinoids, and some AHAs. Hi Maria, I have a question for you, I just bought a High frequency machine that has argon and neon together. Do you think that it works the same? Or do you think that when used like that, one will be better than the other? Because the color of the gas illuminating, is purple. I’ve never seen it illuminate orange.
It depends for what reason you are using the high frequency. If it’s after extractions to disinfect, that’s a good time to use it or for product penetration after the nourishing massage.
