THIS 👏WORKOUT 👏 IS 👏 INCREDIBLE! 👏 The sequences were perfect, not too hard to learn, but with enough steps to keep my mind focused. It made this workout FLY!

I've been doing kickboxing since 2020 and I've gone from jeanette jenkins and christ di paolo do fitness by tay tay and juice and toya but this is the most perfect workout in terms of sweatiness and exercise breakdown. This was amazing I have about 22 minutes left of this workout and I'm already in love with this channel can't wait for the next one!!!!

I love all your workouts and have been doing your classes since i found you at Christmas time. I love that there isn’t any voiceovers, however, this was great, not too much talking as i love to hear the music blasting. But as always, a great session from you. I think the verbal cues are super helpful. Being able to preview the moves at a slower pace during the break makes my workout safer and more effective. Especially when there are more complex combos, like in kickboxing 💪🏼Great addition!

Totally agree Catherine. it's something I've really struggled with as a trainer (doing no talking workouts. I prefer them - but also want to give people instruction). I'm glad you enjoyed this !

I absolutely LOVE the verbal instructional portion of this workout. I, personally, don't like looking at the video the whole time (takes me out of the zone). I would recommend adding this to ALL your wonderful workouts! Just my 2cents :)

Perfect- when I click on a kickboxing video i really like that its entirely kickboxing- no burpees or other cardio things. I usually do these on my non strength training days. Perfect! Music volume was amazing and has a great balance of voice overs. More please!

Wow this workout was super high intensity, my hands are shaking as I type this. But I guarantee you, it was super fun and so worth it. And you actually DO burn around 500 calories!

love to hear that! it's a huge pet peeve of mine - seeing all the videos claiming 500 calories in 30 minutes 😆. So not possible.

Thank you for the clear direction and the camera angle as it allowed me to see the correct leg movements at the same time as the boxing. I knew I had been doing it wrong the entire time before. I appreciate it and look forward to watching more of your videos

Most KB teachers have poor technique, this instructor demonstrates really credible technique. Not sure if she has actual training, but nice extension, excellent grounding of techniques and tying to hip rotation and knee bend. Well done!

AWESOME!!! The BEST cardio kickboxing program on YT! (Better than Les Mills because they're SO repetitive.) I've been searching for SO long for something like your program - effective and challenging. You've found your niche. I would pay a subscription fee for your workouts. THANK YOU. The end of the video, just so messed up😂😂 I burned 497kcal, I'm 1,61m and currently weighting around 57kg💪🏻 I LOVE your kickboxing workouts, they are sooo dope!! The layout looked super pretty again😆 for me, I personally don't care if you have a voice-over or a headset on, but I loved that you explained some of the moves closer (the roundhouse kick for example)👍🏻 It'd be pretty cool, if you explained a bit more about the over all posture... Do you know what I mean?🤔😂 I'm missing the english words so hard right now🤦🏼‍♀️

Definitely a fan! So many of these trainers try and introduce the movement then go straight from 0 to 110% speed. Naturally, if you don't already know the combo your form sucks, you fall behind, and get a terrible set. So much of this needs to be precisely timed with your breathing so your muscle relax at the right time and contract at the right time. Ty does a good job of moving slow enough and exaggerating the movements a bit that you have time to adjust to this - and if you're familiar with the techniques, you can throw with power and have time to recover your strike and breathe properly on rhythm without sacrificing good technique. I don't like the music, but that's subjective, and I'll happily ignore it for a good workout.

I think this was one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I was sweating soo much but I’m weirdly more energised afterwards as opposed to drained like some other exercises. I loved it

Thank you so much Ty! I love your kickboxing workouts. They are high intensity but low impact, so I can follow along with very little modification (for my week knees and lower back) and get great cardio! It was also fun to get the voice prompts, great reminders to go lower and tighten the right muscles, and the encouragements at the end always help ;-)

My new favorite "Ty" workout! I love all of the moves, and the format. The only thing that would have made it even better is to include a "bonus booty" segment after the abs section. The voice cues throughout are a welcomed addition. It's nice to know that Ty is panting as much as everyone else!

gonna give this a shot on my cardio day! cant wait. I dont make goals to lose weight, although I keep it at the back of my mind. goal for Aug is to do kickboxing twice a week during my arm days. I dont tone well on leg days when I do cardio

Awesome! This had my heart rate high but had SO much fun and your movements always feel organic for those with hip/core issues. Kicked my butt in a good way. Cues are appreciated as well. Reminded me on form when needed! Still always end up on your workouts in some form or variation when I want fun, intense, and effective. Thank you!!!😊🔥
