These exhibition matches with high level players using their unique builds to the top of their ability are really good for the rest of the community. It's a breath of fresh air after all the laser tanks in ranked.

We're already seeing massive improvements to the balance in PvP. From Software has been doing a solid job so far although the balance at launch was terrible

AI programming was quite rudimentary back then, but there were many different behaviors that could be programmed into them, as in that same MoA disk, FS gave us access to the AI editor to make our own custom arena ranker builds. So you could try to approximate the player's playstyle with tuning that, but it'd never be accurate.
So I play a heavy byped that uses heavy split missiles and two coral nebulas, it runs NGI on coral gen and plays Aerial. I was able to maintain rank 7 and 9 for some time on PSN. I’m saying this because I would love to see these builds in ranked because they felt like free wins. I’ll list the build below. Coral Nebula both arms. On the back MLT-10 SPL-16 Head-verrill Core- Main Dish Arms- Tian Lao Legs- Ve-42A FCS-Talbot Bosters-NGI Gen-Coral 000 This build is no joke, it’s tough matchups are missile kite. But that’s it. The two builds in the video are easy. Don’t take my word for it try it. Also don’t forget to charge your redshifts, have fun.
@strikerhutassa New stages are kinda barf except for the Sula stage, the one with water. Good variation and cover I think. The weaponised mining ship stage is good too but you can lose people on the map, hiding is possible
This is on PC yes. I believe both players are mouse and keyboard but don't count controller players out. The 3rd place player for the tournament last weekend was a controller player and is largely considered to be the best lightweight player in the world. Look up RamenRook on RU-vid since they finally started uploading there

I think it is interesting that the supposed best players on PC are female; however, it would be more impressive if they didnt use meta builds. It is whay it is i guess.
NAVIGATOR didn't netdeck that AC; other people netdeck that AC from her. She's *the* OG crab knight player from my understanding. If you ask me, "I created a build that people call part of the meta", is the penultimate honor a Johnny can receive.
Please , don't mean it in a hateful way . But doesn't the already declining eSport/competitive scene has it hard enough for commentary to be constantly sabotage with verbal policing ? Like get it over with the language , all it took is one player to be pretentious about it , maybe protesting by intentionally changing profile to mess with it .
