I thought this was gonna be a small game that you play for a couple hours but this seems like a full fledged game. I'm glad Roiland is doing this, and I love Betsy Sodaro! I'm definitely playing this.
So a Rick and Morty(esque) skinned FPS? This will either be a favorite game, or a massive letdown for me. Pity I can't add it on my Steam wish list yet.
with everything that's coming this year, this game is the one I'm looking forward too the most. it just looks like it's going to be a good time... everything about it just says hop in, have fun, and have a few laughs while doing so.
I always love Justin Roiland interviews. It always seems like you're seeing the real guy and not the PR version to sell you on whatever he's got going on. I'd love to see Justin get involved with Free Lives. Anger Foot feels like a game that he was already part of. They're also making Terra Nil which looks incredible and nothing like any of their previous work.
Whoa, High on Life will launch on Xbox first. So weird, but I guess I’ll wait or get the PC version. I thought the game was going to be in VR too like their other games.
Squanch games is a nice gem in the industry getting to make original games weather it’s your style or not or how much you think Justin’s style is samey stuff like this is nothing but good for video games

Cool to see a creative lead be like "well the VR game didn't move as many copies as we wanted and the second game had a bunch of stuff we just weren't able to get to". Makes them seem like they're earnestly trying to just make good games and not get into the whole rat race. Roilan'd projects are pretty hit or miss for me but he seems like a guy that's constantly taking stock and trying to improve, which is rare with a creator as big as he is.
Really great interview, Jared is very good at this. Also I loved GTA 3 as well, still haven't gotten the chance to play Breathe of the wild, I have a case of the poor.
I kept hearing people had a negative reaction to the gameplay we saw but all the comments I see are positive and I think the game looks fine. What are people upset about?
I love the insight on how expanding the boss selection increases the work because of dialogue. It's definitely the kinda thing armchair developers would comment saying "it would've been so easy for them to just make all the bosses selectable." Just shows how easy it is for us to overlook the complexities of seemingly simple things in game development.
Bringing this game to game pass is the smartest thing they could have ever done with it releasing 3 days before mw2. I'll pick up the steam copy eventually just to support it and I'm sure many others will too on their platform. But dropping $120+ on games within 3 days is a bit much for most lol plus I doubt they knew it'd be releasing within that time frame so it works out great for anyone that usually subscribes and wants to pick up the new mw2 too

Im the opposite. I dont understand why ever single one of his games or shows needs the Morty voice. It is so overdone and annoying at this point but Im glad some people seem to still enjoy it.
Even though this is exclusive to Xbox I'm still buying it on PC because I want more of these. I'm so tired of every war shooter. Every GTA clone. It's irritating
I haven't been so excited for a game in a long time.. then I see.. Xbox exclusive. Not buying an Xbox for it so hopefully it eventually releases on ps5.

Saw a clip of the kid in the slums thought it was a rick and morty game found out it wasnt got interested then fell in love with the game im glad he did use the morty voice because thats what drew me to find it
That's because of the real time Raytracing. It used to be reserved for pre-rendered scenes only. Now you can have it real time in the games if you have a good enough computer or a Ps5/XBoxSX. It's real and it's going to be awesome.
I am (beep) pumped to see more of this (beep) game. When does this (beep) game come out? I hope it's (beep) good with more great (beep) creative dialogue and great (beep) gameplay and characters. (Beep) I really hope the game is not less than (beep) 10 hours long.
