In the month of December 2020, snow precipitations were registered in the days prior to another major storm that left a large number of liters per square meter (25 liters in the pontoon area, about 90 liters in the mountain areas) such an amount of Rain caused the melting of the snow that occupied a large part of the land of the Sierra de Guadarrama, added to the rain itself has caused a significant increase in flow.
