I've flown the J99N twice both as demo flight in a 54mm minimum diameter and one of the flights was off a 12' rail and it still weather cocked. It's probably the only D tier motors for me from AeroTech. Some of my S tier motors I've flown. F101T, G125T, H550ST, I500T, J570W, J1799N, K1070T demo version of the now K1000T, K375NW, L1175F (Kosdon), M775W Demo flight now the M685W,
Not sure where the hate on green motors is coming from. I love flying them. They perform very well near the top if not the top performing motor for a given case size. Also photos with the mach diamonds are outstanding. Love J500G and K805G Also G76 or 78g is really cool at a low power night launch.
I know your list is all about reloads but the H283ST is the ultimate L1 motor in my opinion. DMS so low upfront cost. Big enough to kick to handle larger rockets for a nice low and slow cert flight.
