High Protein Meal replacement | Protein Bar

Protein bar or meal replacement snack or breakfast idea that is low in calories and high in protein. Grab it on the go and meet your protein needs every day. This recipe changes how I look at meal replacement snacks.
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats (184g)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup water
4 tbs egg whites
1/3 cup of non fat greek yogurt (140g)
1 small banana (3 oz/84g)
2 tbs (1 oz) or more of syrup (sugar free)
1 cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter) (100g)
2 scoops Collagen peptides (20g)
pinch of salt
Optional: Melted dark chocolate

Can the PB2 be substituted with nut butter? How much would would work? This looks amazing and saves so much time, thanks!

Yes, absolutely, I would add same amount. There will be alot more calories and less protein. I use PB2 instead of using a protein powder
