Where are these people buying their groceries? Dangerous Albertson's on Charleston and Bruce? Nothing is near. Surrounding neighborhoods are really bad. You got MLK one street over. I get it. It's near the Arts District and downtown but it's still not safe.
They are making it were you can't really live in las vegas. That bad thing the average one person can not afford to live there. I was born and live 50 years in Vegas and I had to leave. What they need to be doing is making the income rise and not stay the same so everyone can live nice
the issue i find is that unless you moving here and already have a job in a industry here there is no room for growth here . las vegas is full of people and not enough jobs they should of kept this place strictly a tourist attraction
This is awesome if the county wants to change their name to Las Vegas they need to do something for Downtown. They need to do a regional park in downtown. That has a security lock at night.
