Sir🙏 నాకు సెకండ్ వెవ్లో కరోనా వచ్చింది... తర్వాత నుండి మొదట d3 vit తగ్గింది.. సంవత్సరం తర్వాత b12 కూడా తగ్గడం జరిగింది.. వెలుతురును చూడ లేకపోవడం, సౌండ్ వినలేక పోవడం, నీరసం,కళ్ళు తిరిగినట్టు అవుతున్నాయి... టాబ్లెట్ వాడితే తగ్గడం. మళ్లీ 3 నెలలో మళ్లీ సేం లక్షణాలు రావడం ఇలా ఇది 5 రౌండ్. టాబ్లెట్ 60000 iu వాడితే గాస్ పొట్ట గట్టిగా అవుతుంది. కింది నుండి అపాన వాయువు పోతుంది. ఇలా సంవత్సరం నుండి పోతుంది.. gas టాబ్లెట్ వాడిన gas పోవడం లేదు. వేసుకుంటే ఒక బాధ, vesukokapote ఒక బాధ... ఏం చేయాలో...? ఈ టాబ్లెట్స్ కాంటున్యు వాడాల.. ఎలవాడాలి. ? Pls చెప్పండి. Sir

Thank you Doctor. Very good explanation. My B12 was 205 pg/ml. My doctor advised me to take RENERVE PLUS capsule one per day. I am diabetic my Metformin dosage in total is 1500 mg/day. After a month, I reduced my Renerve Plus dosage to one cap per week. Is this fine ? I am a pure vegetarian. Please advice sir on Renerve plus dosage. Thank you.

Doctor గారు, B12 Vitamin levels తెలుసుకోవాలంటే చేయించుకోవాల్సిన tests ఏమిటి? అదేవిధంగా ప్రతి disease కి, ఏ ఏ పరిస్థితుల్లో ఎలాంటి రక్త పరీక్షలు చేయించు కోవాలి. అలాగే diagnostic centres అనేవి ఇప్పుడు అడుగడుగునా పెట్టేస్తున్నారు. మరి అన్నింటిలోనూ professional technicians ఉన్నట్లేనా.. వారందరికీ Laboratory tests లపై అవగాహన ఉన్నట్లేనా... అలాగే, ఏtest ki ఏ method వాడతారు. Critical surgery cases లో, tests results కి, సంబంధించి technician చెప్పిందే follow అవుతారా..? లేక మీరు అనగా doctors యొక్క ప్రత్యక్ష పరిశీలన కూడా ఉంటుందా..!ఇదంతా ఎందుకు అడుగుతున్నానంటే Pathologist lab లో స్వయంగా పరిశీలించకుండానే ఆయన signature తో కూడిన stamp వేసి ఇస్తున్నారు అనేక diagnostic centres లో..ఇది అందరికీ తెలిసిన విషయమే. ( Tests - Diseases, How to select good diagnostic centre) For example. ఒక five star hotel ఉంది. అందులో fish curry order చేస్తే అక్కడ ఉన్న ఫ్రిడ్జ్ లో ఆ fish 20 days back ది కూడా అయి ఉండొచ్చు. మరి five star hotel కే కదా వెళ్ళింది. డాక్టరుగారు, పై సందేహాలన్నీ వివరిస్తూ అందరికీ అవగాహన కల్పించేలా మంచి video చెయ్యాలని ఆశిస్తూ..

Ramakrishna M Myself and my wife, both r diabetic, but mostly conyrolled. Recent blood tests showed high HBA1C and Very High B12 (>1550 for both) compared to six months back. We were on B vitamin supplements which we stopped immediately. My TSH is also high but T3,T4 and FT3,FT4 within normal range. Is it a serious problem? What other tests/ precautions should we take? Kindly guide us before it is too late.

Sir, my B12 level was 2000...I consulted 2 doctors but they said nothing to worry about it...but I am very much worried. My liver function test and kidney profile reports are normal. My blood report seem to be abnormal with WBC count 11700. Is this ok ?

I would strongly suggest you to see a Haematologist. If you are taking Vit. B12, stop taking.

High WBC count indicates high inflamation in your body. There is an issue in your body. Diabetes? BP?
