@@NurseRaymond the enhanced pay scheme is a different contract to the regular staff nurse contract. applicants could read the contracts first and see if it is to their interest as it has more responsibilities hence the increase. maybe for the staff nurse grade is not as much change but if the applicant is interested on the enhanced senior staff nurse position it's good to know the difference of the contract.
Nurse Raymond what if 3years ER nurse sa saudi then may work gap na 5 years then Renal nurse for 2 years. Then ang inapplyan ko sa Ireland is as Renal nurse. Kasama pa rin ba sa salary computation yun saudi experience? Or yun 2 years na renal experience na lang since yun ang current expertise at inapplyan ko? Thank you ♥

Hi. Im not very sure how the employers do their salary scale. But it is based in your years of experience. Like my wife she has more than 8 years of exp and she is in point 7.

It's actually the employers who verify and decide what point you are in with regards to salary. If your past experience is related to nursing most likely they will consider that.

I work as a carer cash basis 150 euros a day tax free...mas malaki kita maski d k nurse if you work 5 days as a live in carer you earn 3000 euros in hand not bad no need to be a nurse here
That is starting from scratch. Specially that salary is based on years of experience. For newbie nurses you will surely start from point 1 in the salary scale

Yes po... just recently ung hospital naman offered the enhanced scale. Most of the nurse grabbed it... I made it that way kasi not all hospital is using the enhanced nurse scale. Dun padn sa 13point salary grade padin

Generally for single po, income up to 35300 euros is taxed at 20%, ung sobra dun is taxed at 40%.. mas mataas ang income ceiling pg married ka but i dont know how they tax married couples dito. aside from income tax, meron pa PRSI (usually 4%) at USC (around 2.5 to 4%).. plus ibabawas pa jan ung sa pension, nursing union fees etc
