In today's coaching, we thought about the following:
Why is roller skating so hard as an adult?
The mini series kicked off with my theory about taking up space, and how you can rcognise how it may be showing up for you, so you can begin deconditioning.
We also chatted about the importance of self care - as givers we rarely afford ourselves proper self care - deeming it as a 'luxury' rather than a necessity.
We encourage you to radically rethink how important you are - if you are properly nourished and full of energy, how much better will the energy you give to others be?
