FYI Clinical Nurse Specialists ARE APRNs (along with CNMs,NPs and CRNAs). In the video you spoke as if CNSs aren't APRNs. We all have to take the 4 Ps in graduate school and are trained in assessing, diagnosing and treating patients. I've been a CNS for nearly 4 years. Awesome field to work in. Currently in nursing school with hopes of becoming a CRNA. I’m just worried about CRNA school though. Ive heard lots of people make it seem like it’s literally impossible and that you wouldn’t have time to do absolutely ANYTHING outside of school. Although i understand that it obviously won’t be easy, I’m really curious to know if it’s possible to not be depressed and miserable during CRNA school! How long do you usually study per day? I’m willing to work hard and hopefully become a CRNA one day :) thanks.
Hi! It is very hard but if you're dedicated you can do it! It has to come before everything else in your life at the time BUT that doesn't mean you won't have any time for other things. It depends on the day for studying. Rough estimate, 2 hours.

Why hasn’t an ER/TRAUMA Nurse made the too 10? In California you can’t apply for a Nursing job in the ER/TRAUMA center without being in program just for that OR you must have experience already before applying for that position.
Because UK has socialized healthcare. Government will pay the least amount for services and as a result, hospitals get less $, lower salaries for the nurses.
@@jenniferlynn2108 Thats not actually true. In Canada (for Ontario), a new nurse starts at $33.90 per hour. By the time a nurse has eight years of experience the pay increases to $47.69 per hour. That doesn't include the additional pay nurses receive for working evenings (extra $2.10 per hour), nights (extra $2.50 per hour), and weekends (extra $2.65 per hour). Canada has universal healthcare that is paid for by taxes.
Will you please consider making a video about your entire application process for CRNA school. Specifically, did you have BSN or a masters before entering CRNA-I am still confused wheter you should have masters before entering Doctorate and whether you can jump from BSN to Doctorate. Which school did you go to and how expensive is/was the tuition. I am planning to pay out of pocket and I would like to have someone smart tell me if I can afford it or not. Starting in 2025 you will need to work up to a Doctorate degree through BSN and then work your up to that doctorate degree. 7-8 years of total education with a minimum of one year of actually working in a ICU I believe.
