Hey Chris, I was an A/C service guy in the city for over 10 years. Their used to be a guy on 55 street and Madison, if I remember correctly. He had grilled hot dogs to die for. Easily will hit a 10 on your list. I used to get the potato quinish with ketchup and onions

looks well filled and amazing... but sure there are Bar's that serve alcohol and H'dogs... same time ..... next time I'll buy you a G&T... I'll have a cider ....

The neon relish is any hot dog guys best buddy. It’s everywhere but NY from my experience. Happy to see he did it Chicago style. The best dogs are NYC and Chi for sure. 9.9 leaves very little room for improvement. I will have to go hit him up tomorrow. Cheers bro.

Great channel, I love the content. I actually had a Hot Sausage from Mr. Islam about 5 yrs ago on a trip to NYC. Chris is 100% on point about wanting to put the tinfoil under the pillow and live a little! Great channel keep them coming!!

That hot dog looks delicious! You said the onion sauce was missing sweetness, the ketchup didn’t make up for that? Those of us that do put ketchup on hot dogs do so, because the sweetness of it and the tang of the mustard are delicious together!

It is funny but I begrudge paying to drink water. I worked in the Water Dept., so I always drink what comes out the taps because I know it is potable. And the second hot dog looked like magic too with that homemade relish. Cheers.

You mention it has good snap - but aren't those Sabrett spicy sausages skinless? Anyway, I miss those spicy sausages very much - I discovered them while going to grad school on UWS. They tend to run just a $1 more than regular franks (even in 2003) but wow, such a meal.

I know I’ve been hyping Horseradish up too much. But I personally believe you won’t need mustard, or onions anymore once you become the Advanced Hot Dog Eater. I know I sound crazy. But this dog with the stringy horse looks like sauerkraut. Maybe the Germans got it wrong? Look at stringy horse compared to Saurkrauts consistency, and the fact mustard is no longer needed with this stuff. Is this the future of New York Hot Dog Eaters? The onion might as well not be needed? Relish no? Ketchup definitely not. Is Horseradish the stringy the future of Hot Dog Eaters? Will New York Hot Dog Stands start saying, “Give me the Zinger Dog”?
