My first ever attempt at the SUPER salmon ladder at Ninja Playground and Fitness in NSW
The last ring is a DOUBLE and so hard after 19 normal rungs!
I’m determined to get it

She’s going it the CrossFit way. If you do it like a pull-up and then quickly put the bar over it’s not bad

had the same thoughts but judging how they caused her an instant but slow decent meant they only stopped her from falling but not help her ascent

We have a similar setup at Traverse in California (40ft/12.2m tall) - the rope actually makes it harder than a normal sized salmon ladder because gets in the way of your head when you're trying to look up!
