This bread is so easy to prepare and bake. It consists of 50% seeds and is still so incredibly soft and delicious. The secret, this bread is so delicious, but you can only manage 1, maximum 2 slices, because it is so incredibly filling! Even if you would like to eat more, because it is really fantastically delicious, no chance, more is not possible!
Baked without flour, without preservatives, but with fresh gluten-free sourdough. What, you don't have gluten-free sourdough? No problem, you can also use dried sourdough powder or just leave it out completely! The bread still turns out delicious! I've made it countless times without any source.

My sourdough is easy to prepare and even easier to use: remove, refill, done! But more on that in the next video.
If you need normal sourdough for your grain breads, watch this video: • Sauerteig für Anfänger... the same applies here, remove, bake, done! I don't know of a simple sourdough!
Recipe:
280g rolled oats
80 g flaxseed gold (crushed)
60g sunflower seeds
40g pumpkin seeds
30g golden millet or white quinoa
15g sesame
2 tsp salt
18g psyllium husks
500ml warm water
- optional 40g sourdough gluten-free

If you don't have any sourdough standing by you can take one packet of dry active yeast. Bloom in 10 G of warm water and mix it to 30 G of yogurt. Will have a slightly different flavor but also effective

I grill a lot , so I took all the dry ingredients and toasted them for 15 min. (Used applewood pellets for the smoke) I baked as directed , and it came out Amazing!!!😊 thank you for this!

What a great idea! We finally decided to try quinoa again after many many years and took the advice on the bag: TOAST over low heat 'til golden...then cook. Wow, how much better the flavor, so I'm believing your toasted-version was truly "amazing."

Kleiner Tipp am Rande, da ich auch Gusseiserne Töpfe benutze… ich nehme das gute Top. Backpapier feuchte es unter fließenden Wasser an , gut ausdrücken und in der entsprechenden Form legen. Durch das Feuchte Papier lässt es sich in alle Formen gut einlegen und dann den Teig drauf geben. Viel Erfolg 💕🍀😊

Wunderbar. Das wird der Backindustrie nicht gefallen. Wenn ich das nachbacke werde ich alle Zutaten eine Nacht vorher mit Waser ansetzen, das alles Saaten vorkeimen können. Vielen dank für Deine Zeit

Absolutely brilliant recipe, great result without sourdough starter, Im avoiding gluten. This loaf lasted until I had eaten it all up! In the fridge wrapped up, it just got better. You can slice it really thin and toast it which is amazing! Thankyou for your recipes!

Great recipe. I replaced 100gr of the oat with cassava flour, and the sour dough with dry yeast. That worked perfectly. Thank you SO much.

Made this bread today. Be sure to oil and flour your bread pan if it's glass. Also, I can confirm it's delicious and you only need a very thin slice. Totally killed my appetite, in a good way!! Thank you!

This is the first video I've seen and it looks amazing! I'm saving it to a list and then later will get the ingredients for the bread. I may have to use sourdough powder bc I am by myself and baking bread is not something I do. But this would really help cut down on gluten but also possibly on the cost of bread. The grain bread I get at the grocery store is almost $6 a loaf so hopefully I could just make this and use it for my weekly bread instead. Thank you so much for this!

I tried it and it came out so well! I added gluten free sourdough and divided the dough into two. Put half in loaf pan and the other free-form boule. The free form one rose better. Very nice texture, hearty chewy and moist. And so easy to make, I love it 😍

How long does it keep for, and how do you store it?

@@jameskent9759 depends on the environment where you live. In Taiwan it’s humid so I wouldn’t let it sit at room temperature for more than two days. For longer storage I will slice the bread and keep in freezer.

I just wanted to say I tried this bread, and I love it. I eat it with a bit of toasted cheese on top, or peanut butter, but it's also fine all by itself. It is definitely filling. Also, I tried using the American measuring cup method listed in some of these comments, and I found that my scale and the measurements listed were quite different. So I ended up using the scale, and the bread came out perfectly.

In my diet, this would be called a Keto-esque recipe. It has a small quantity of carbs and is gluten free. Very nice!

I have made this twice ,absolutely love it ,I don’t know why but it tastes like a total treat and I don’t think I made it to the recipe but very close ,admittedly this time I had to chuck in some syrup oaks from one of those 2 minutes porridge to make up the weight but lovely.

This bread looks so SCRUMPTIOUS, and it has the same texture and color as the Mestemacher brand's Fitness Bread, bought it once andwhen I went back to La Comer for more,they no longer had it in existence.🤤👍
