I've been a stylist for 20 years but have worked outside of the profession for the past 18 years. I've recently opened my own salon but have chosen not to provide chemical services. I realize it's because of fear and lack of knowledge. After watching this video, I feel excited to learn more and do more! Thank you for your excitement and for sharing your knowledge.

Yes! I was going to comment the same and thank her for wearing the mask and making it about health, so many see her videos and maybe people that go without them may think twice regardless of who you come in contact with, family included! My mom and I are full time caregivers to my 83 year old grandparents so there are strict guidelines at our house that other family members feel insulted and disrespected by.... These are our LIVES we are protecting and we do it to protect them also.... they fail to see that and let emotions and selfishness blind the love of our efforts. I meant to keep this short however this topic has me mad so I get riled up. Anyway thank you for that comment as well and doing your part to keep your family and community safe and protected, although we remain in danger it is comforting to know that whatever happens good or bad we will be confident and at peace knowing we did everything we possibly could, that's all we can do🙏💖

You inspire me and make it look so easy! I 'm struggling with bleed marks, where I am able to tone or shadow root to hide them....but still.... I am still left not feeling confident in my work. I will now remember to start highlighting mid shaft and feather my way toward the edge of foil. Thx!

I did the diagonal foils on the sides to the back loved it Jamie. The highlights blended so well not stripy. Baby slices at the temple much easier with a bob shorter hair. Placing the foils in reverse on top needs more practice for me.
