Jesus is my rock he’s the light of the world he is the truth I’m struggling lost my job due to the vaccine I’m a single mother I already have failing health but my faith in Jesus Christ is what gets me through he is the reason why I live thank you Jesus for always having my back and never a abandoning me I don’t know how I’m going to pay my bills! But I know that Jesus will provide!!!!

I received my ESV Interleaved Bible yesterday, meditated on Colossians and did journaling. Today, I cut out names of God from a book and pasted them in the corresponding places in the Bible so that I would see God's Name and then praise Him when I get to that specific passage. And then I studied Genesis 1 and did journaling, too. I like what you did here, Nicki. Thank you for sharing.

So thankful your family is feeling better! …. I’m a NKJV girl. I just love the CAPITALIZED NAMES OF GOD & the pronoun names of God ! SO getting that interleaved Bible! Thanks for all that you do. You are a reflection of Christ to our crazy world. I’m going to try to figure out how to do your Bible study. 🙏🏻

I was giving a bible but it has got very old my kids playing with it behind my back and I just never had the money to bye one bc kids everything they need but I’m going to stat out to put my coins and save them for new Bible bc I miss my bible the book not the app Version always loved the reading version from the Bible book . 5:30 Regarding the gel pen shine: My sister use to get the glitter ones, but we would take a pencil eraser and "erase" the shine from off the pen. On one hand, you loose the shimmer the gel pens have. On the other hand, it makes for a really cool way to shadow or dull the pens ink effects. Note: I haven't had these gel pens in over a decade, so I don't know if they can still be erased or not.

Nicki, have you done anymore on your highlighting the things that reference to God? When you get into the books of the prophets, how would you highlight all that God said? Just list all the main points of what He said? If you do have an update to this, could you let me know? Wonderful video, and thinking of doing this as my new year study

They are actually called ESV Journaling Bible, Interleaved Edition. Most bibles with wide margins are indeed called Journaling Bibles.

I learn Inductive study from Kay Arthur and Irving Jensen, both taught to start a God list on our first read through. You didn't say much about any other specifics of this Bible....NKJV ....INTERLEAVED.....SO I guess it's like over interleved, lol

Now why would it be scary when you get a new Bible “and Dont know what to do with it”? And why you wouldn't know what to do with your Bible.

it could be scary for someone who is afraid they might mess up the page when they journal their prayers to God. they probably just spent hard earned money on the bible and they want to make what they do in it for God count. obviously, we can read our bible.
