I have to give it to Australia for their resilience and determination. They were down 3-1 at one point, but they never gave up. They fought back and forced the shootout. And what a shootout it was! Both teams were perfect through the first nine kicks. It came down to the tenth kick, and Australia converted theirs. France missed theirs, and Australia was victorious!
