Club America always needs a slap in the face like this one so they dont under estimate their opponents. Better now than in knock out stage. This is very common for them in Liga MX. Theyre qualified for playoffs and they slow down then this happens. The positive to this is they come back with a vengeance. However, in football aka futbol anything can happen.

Alvarez is really bad because that first goal should have been saved and he should have instead passed it and a second time he has no angel and shoots instead of crossing it in the middle with 3 people in the box. Do Mexican players not know how to properly cross a ball? look at the likes of antuna, tecatito, gallardo, etc what are they teaching in mexican academies
