The worst thing about the end result of this match for me was not necessarily that *’our’* team lost. But it was ‘how they lost.’ I mean, *’Hearts’* did not even field there starting & ‘star’ keeper, *Charlotte Parker-Smith* (the ‘very best’ in the SWPL at said position, in my humble opinion) in between the sticks yesterday & still not one of the *Blue Belles* could but the fitba’ into the back of the auld onion bag. That said, while matches are clearly never won on paper, the individual talent on ‘our’ team is undeniable. And so that fact combined with sheer determination & heart (which sadly, I think Celtic might be exhibiting more of at the moment) will pull the team through. And as a result, I would bet dollars to donuts that come next Monday morning, the ship will have been righted. And the lassies in red•white•blue will be well on there way to securing the 2023/24 *SWPL* league title once again. 🏆
