Not in the last couple of games anyway. But there have been many occasions this season, where he hasn't been as hungry. His touches have let him down and his finishing wasn't up to par. Criticism shouldn't be confused with hating. They're two different things. Lukaku has never warranted hate because he's our top scorer from last season and you can still argue that on his day, he is our best finisher. However since there have been several occasions where he hasn't performed. Those criticisms were not misplaced. But right now, he's bang in form and deserves all the accolades that come with that. I will grant you that there have been many people who have hated on him unjustly. But they're either people, who don't understand football or just trolls. I've stood by my view that he's an important player for us. He offers something the other strikers don't. If we sell him, he won't be easy to replace so we should tread carefully regarding selling him.
