azrul nizam I don’t know about SuperGT events but since DTM races are all sub-hour sprints then pushing for an endurance event could possibly be way out of spec for this kind of car

@@YayDanMan well, there used to be 1000 km of suzuka. now, 500 km is the longest super gt race, as far as i know. anyway, it shouldn't be expensive to prepare cars for endurance races. but i guess, class one cars are too expensive. the current lmp2 generation is pretty cheap due to homologation, standardization, and cost regulations. I mean, there are 4 chassis that are sold for a certain price and don't suffer from expensive development. also the engine is all the same for all. class one might be an option for the fastest category if you make them somewhat faster (introducing a hybrid system, higher fuel flow, huger diffuser, etc.)

Petoyusa-dono 500km is decent but would still only be 3-4 hours of racing, doing the 12 or 24 hour events is still a whole order of magnitude longer and more stressful on the car

@@soraaoixxthebluesky in the early 2000 DTM cars like the Opel Astra V8 are competed at the 24h of the Nürburgring. I would like to see these cars with class one on Le Mans too.

Lol no. DTM cars did really well considering this race was done by SGT rules. On Hockenheim SGT's got totally destroyed by DTM cars.

Like knowing the track , Hankook tires, DRS, Push &Pass , Much better pit stop times, tire warmers, fans, and of course Japanese drivers never coming in Europe before. Now when they are equal it's clear who have the best cars in the world. Japan !!!!!!!!!

@@TheEryk03 none of them are faster than the other, both DTM and Super gt are using class 1 regs so the cars are equal.

@@jorhop4005 Yes, but in the DTM the engine development is frozen and in the SuperGT it is not. That is why the SuperGT has a slight advantage when it comes to power.

SUPERGTはマルチメイクや多様性が特徴のレースなのですから、ハンコックでもクムホでもブリヂストンでもヨコハマでもダンロップでもミシュランでもグッドイヤーでもピレリでも好きなタイヤを好きなチームが使えるようにすれば良いだけではないでしょうか。
