Probably limited reach due to it being pretty much exclusive to a few networks. It's the same problem F1 had back in the mid 2000s. Lack of exposure = lack of fans

i just love love love love that v8 supercars just respect tracklimits and that the track is serrounded by grass. iall others motorsport everyone alwaus extends the track and cuts the track. porsche cup is the pinnacle of that with making new tracks by extending every corner. luckily v8 supercars dont do that

No teams are planning to. I have a feeling that regulations will be frozen, due to Covid19, until the end of next year. The Camaro is still in doubt of its future even as a road car.

Good point. I'm guessing they considered the F1 support races to have been abandoned rather than non existant as the teams turned up and had track time.

The teams choose the car the want to run, and traditionally Holden were more supportive of them.

Holden has invested more traditionally in funding teams where as Ford would fun only a few teams at a time, at some stage only one team, like a Holden is doing now with only funding Redbull racing. Now Ford fund 3 teams because the budget allows as the Mustang is selling heaps, it’s all marketing 🤷🏻‍♂️

hmm the factory Teams well maybe Ford but really Holden just *Does Not Exist* & GM sucks for what it has done. Anyhow bloody good job 888 Racing, Shane & Jamie.
