I'm working on putting together a thorough tutorial version of this video with much more information, but this gives you the process in a nutshell. The sharpening stone grits I use, in microns, are 60, 45, 25, 9, 5 and 1. The strop is loaded with FlexCut Gold strop compound, which is about .6 microns.
