Yes!!!!! I miss the energy of these decades on the runway. It is FASHION. The drama. The camp. The appeal. Very Dominique Deveraux and Alexis Carrington. 🥰 Can't go wrong with Lady Miss Kier and Deee-Lite as a soundtrack for fabulous. Love these highlights of these wonderfully gorgeous Mugler creations! Thank you for sharing. 😊💙🖤✨
Didn't die, it was killed! Its all by design. The murder of Gianni by an assassin, the "suicide" of McQueen, the public embarrassment of Galliano! No, there are no accidents in bussines, just business as usual.
I literally have never seen a Mugler show and not have my temperture rise. There is no doubt this man was and is the most defining creative designer in the last 100 years. EVERYONE he chooses to be involved with the show should feel quite fortunate indeed
I was just in fabulous Montreal last week and saw the Thierry Mugler exhibit at the MMFA. I saw a lot of the outfits in this clip. Truly awesome couture and design !
He was one of the best designer's "out there". He often used famous people (like Bianca Jagger and daughter) in his show's, and of course he was considered to be the best tailer ever!
Hardly some1 would overcome the legacy. Mons Thierry Mugler has left in the haute couture history. His fashion performances are full visual arts. Awesome!
Fanf×××ingtastic! An excellent display of ideas transformed into fashion. I love this entire video from start to finish because let's face it, this is mesmerizing🥰
This is amazing! If only there was youtube back in the 80’s-90’s. I missed all of this. I would’ve really jammed on this. I was in my prime. Seeing it today...it is mostly lost on me. Im not there anymore. Im too spiritual and authentic now. Wonderful footage! Top!
Grateful to the internet that the new generations can see what true "fashion" looked like. Hopefully there will be a revival but i won't be holding my breath. Folks no a days are too dumb to have an original thought let alone innovate. Woe is man
Thierry was a Gay fashion icon in our Industry of Haute Couture in the 80s and 90s. I have read how many people wish this type of fashion artistry could exist today. I wonder. Our World is so politically correct today that I think his work would be roundly criticized for objectifying women, particularly when he combines the female form with machinery. Yet, we miss him! C'est dommage for the World.
