Warrior from Team Instinct I do have to politely disagree about the ranking of the Nightsisters though - I use a full Nightsister Team for the Galactic War and I can usually clear almost the whole thing with them every day - I'd say they are more of a 3 than 1s and 2s
that's good to know about all the nightsisters. I've used them all and only found asajj and old Daka helpful in the long game. and they just didn't write well through my testing in all categories but I appreciate the input. I would love to see and all night sister video of them tearing stuff up that would be cool!
Great work on the ranks Warrior! I can tell there is a little bias towards running the Danger Zone arena team opposed a droid comp. Here are a few that i disagree with but then again this is just my opinion. Cad Bane - Should be 3* (speed and HP stats are too low to be viable aka Darth Maul syndrome) Barriss Offee - Should be 4* (Low damage limits her usability to PvE modes) B2 Battle Droid - Should be 5* (Best dispelling character in the game. His kit is absolutely one of the best in the game at shutting down opposing teams that rely on taunt and damage buffs.) Biggs Darklighter - Should be a 4* (His kit is so similar to IG-86 which you have ranked as a 4* character. He's reliant on being combined with Wedge to be really good.) Again these are just my thoughts and I fully appreciate all of your work you do bring us this content.
thank you. Your comments are definitely appreciated. I actually went through and gave them scores for every single aspect that I discussed in the video and this is simply how they fell with scoring. Honestly there was a few I felt like bumping up or down but I wanted to stick with my scoring system as I felt like it was more unbiased than I would be. And if you noticed there are a few Droids that make the 5-star rating :)
I would like to second the notion of nightsisters deserving more cred. Obviously it's a bit subjective, and therefore this is not an attempt to argue or troll. They're actually my favorite team to use in terms of fun/effective, although the Rebels may be replacing them as current faves. As the other reply notes, I too have great success using Nightsisters in GW and I even have 2 of em in my PVP squad (Asajj/Daka) where I currently ranked #57.
good job! this is the first time I see all of them ranked. Grats! I hope you can update this list from time to time (say monthly?) as we'll have new characters, new updates and reworks, and characters jumping from a rank to another as the meta changes. :D
hey Warrior!! excellent list. quite a few surprise choices I must say... Will you link this on reddit as well? "What character should I farm/buy?" is the most asked question in the game after all. Also, if you ever are in need of content, I, for one, would love to hear a lot of your reasoning behind certain decisions. thanks again for the great list, mate.
Please fix the audio loudness ratio - speech/music. I have to increase the volume to hear you and then drastically decrease when that super loud music hits. On the actual thing this video covers - awesome job, but as somebody already posted - some toons work great together - like all Night Sister squad or all droid squad - then some chars are more valuable. On the other hand it is far better to max out any of the 4* or 5* chats than to create those teams instead.
Warrior, I'm loving the videos and appreciate the time you've taken to do them. Are you going to update these rankings with the new toons that have been added, like Shoretrooper, Baze, TIE Fighter Pilot, etc.?
Hey Warrior. Great work, but I am surprised to see Rex and Sun Fac with 5 stars. These characters are very hard to get unless you spend a lot of cristals (aka $ / €). I think there is a better use of cristals (energy refresh, gera shipments,...) than to buy chromium packs.
Raphaël G I agree they're the two hardest characters to get but they scored so high in the other six categories my scoring system still has them at five star and they'd be the ones I get out of the shipments if anything
everyone told me to dump jc as soon as i got lumi. i know hes easy to farm and star is that why hes a 4?i hope you keep doing the character reviews even tho you have a complete list. good job
well there are lots of people who I like and would want to make at the top but I had to make a priority list and everybody ranked higher than him scores much better in my proprietary scoring system than he did
yea after running all characters through my point system some didnt score like i wanted ... loke b2 and 5s are my favs and they are 4 star. but I spent a ridiculous amount of time creating my own algorithm and I wanted to stick with it and I feel like it did a pretty damn good job overall
Loved the video, already made a list of this online for me for quick access. Question: Did you do the rating on a spreadsheet? If so, I would love to have a look at it. Unless this is based on your experience in the game and reading on the forums.
I did a scoring system for all seven categories and rated them on each category. what they scored is where they fell in the system even if I personally disagreed with it. I agreed with my scoring system for the most part. But I am going to leave my scoring system proprietary as I developed it

Gonna do that... Currently on the quest to get Lando, Admiral Ackbar to 6 stars, GS and Jedi Knight Anakin to 5 star.. Already at level 80 but, made some bad decisions in farming early on. One day, I will get there I am sure...
Awesome vid, just what I needed! My question is this, as a new player should I focus on getting as many different toons as possible, or should i be getting my best toons to 7 stars first?
john s2011 depends on how competitive you are. If you're trying to compete at the highest levels when you want your arena team to be maxed out before you move on but I would suggest this lightly balanced approach farming two teams minimum
Hum I saw Barriss Ofee 5 I actually have her 7 stars because people told me she'll be usefull, but I disagree she has a great heal sure but the character fall a bit short can you explain me why everyone find her great ?
i used a proprietary scoring algorithm for all characters and they were prioritized by score. i personally feel she could be a 4 star but she scored high in usability, gearing, value...etc. use her as a leader in GW some time. she singlehandedly can help you get through it every day.
Oh fair enough. I have guild members in need of some pro advice so I've been telling them all to get on your vids. So if you're happy this is still pretty accurate I'll get them to check this one out. :D For my own list, I'd have been tempted to place Dooku a little higher (with the number of Jedi squads around atm) and I'd definitely move Boba from 3 star up to 1. Regardless, can tell how much effort went into this one, so thanks Warrior, is hugely appreciated.
hey, great video, thanks :) i was wondering how you would recommend building a droid team, i am level 62 and so no where near being able to get b2. i currently have hk, ig 88, ig 86 and i am working on jawa engineer. is there someone you would recommend as a 5th character?
+John Muro due to his early to mid game usability, his ability to get people through Galactic War and the fact that he has one of the best ships in the game
or maybe it's an access thing and who you can or can't Farm but definitely this will be a good guideline on who to get and there are a lot of free to play characters in the top four and five tiers
In this video, for the last page of 5 star characters... I can't see who they are.. too many ads pop up that I can't get rid of? Who is the jedi knight character..... is it anakin? I can't see the last 5 or so
One quick question. I have my droid team almost done (one more star on JE) and I started farming Magnaguard for GW. There is a video floating around with someone doing GW in record time with a HK47, IG-88, IG-86, Poggle and Magnaguard team. I thought his damage was above average and the synergy he has with 86's special and HK-47 made him look pretty good. So, continue farming him or drop?
Already have both of those, but they are not that good for GW outside of very hard nodes. Anyway, thanks for your answer. Really enjoy your content. :)
NerfBird Gaming ? I've never seen her in the arena... she is tanky but terrible compared to so many other toons. i have seen her in the tournament for a defensive team.
I took into account everything and he scored so high in the other six categories he still made it into a 5-star rating. The one category he scored low in was Farm ability

+jon weber of course any character that's been reworked is going to be lower on this because this video came out before Boba Fett and Count Dooku's rework
+Christopher Joseph whoever is telling you that he sucks hasn't used him much since his rework but still only give him a4 because there are other characters that are better
