This is a shorter version of another HIIT AQUA WORKOUT that is over 1 hour long!

Marzena!!! I used some of the moves in your sets, such as the 'wide' sprints with arms punching down, x-country with opposing full arms (palms up when coming up in the front and palms down when going down towards the back), leg curls with breast strokes, etc. I taught today. WHOA. Just. WHOA. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your AMAZING moves and the muscles worked!!! 2 sets of moves for one song, appx 3 min per song.

Marzena hi!! Your energy n wkouts are so amazing!! Have you thought of offering certifications on line or in person one day..for the modalities you offer? Eg with an international accreditation ie AEA?

Does anyone have an idea about how I can follow these water workouts when using a gym pool? How do you guys do it? Do you just set up your tablet or phone near the pool’s edge or are the videos just for memorizing workouts? I need to lose weight and tone but my body can’t take any impact without causing pain so water exercise is all I can do.
