I'm like 400 rated, would have moved Kc1, because with Ka1 you have paralysed the king (king has 3 neighbouring squares, 1 blocked by your own pawn, one blocked by the rook and the last guarded by the rook) and after Qf2 or Qh2 (i think) you have the rook sac threat that levy mentions.
