Unlikely. At 900 level you get rolled all the time. It’s just another day, no reason to quit chess. Under 1000 and you’re really not even good enough to tell the difference between a GM and a 1500, they crush you all the same

I'm that player that almost never resigns... Tbh I hate when they resign against me, imo one should play to bitter end on patzer level! Resignations in slightly worse and unclear positions are the most insulting. I also don't accept draws for the same reason even when I'm much worse, although I will offer a draw when I'm clearly lost and opponent starts to play sub optimal moves to tilt them. I never stalled without moving or disconnected intentionally tho

I believe that he could but he would be a fool to gambit content/money/time for a title, he's so far away, the reality is he's not even high rated for an IM, he's 2350ish but as shown he is not as good as he used to be when he played regularly back in 2017, it'll take hours and hours and months and months to even get back to his current rating, let alone another 150+ 3 norms on top of that. It would mean sacrificing everything

The RU-vid channel and his career as a commenter and content producer greatly outweigh the gm title. Its literally just bragging rights. he has the biggest chess channel on YT, thats more bragging rights than any gm title will ever get him

Bullet chess gaming will hurt your depth for the Blitz and Rapid games. Also, dedicating too much time one min. games; then going back to play 5 min., and find out lower rated players are beating you.
