Follow the steps below to open the Garmin Instinct 2 Hike Settings:
1. Short press the start or stop button on the Garmin Instinct 2.
2. Select the activity you would like to change. In this tutorial, I chose hike.
3. In the activity, Hold down the Up button and select Hike Settings.
4. You are now in the Hike Activity Settings.
