Flying in Europe / Alps is really great. But condition can get rough as well. I never flew in US, but the high desert sounds interesting ;) Is it that area where the new xc world record was made a few months ago?

@@philipbrugger Not sure about the new XC record but there was a massive xc done recently in Texas which is considered part of the US SW and has similar conditions though not quite as extreme. Yeah I'm sure that anywhere can have rough flying days, it just seems that here we have a much higher percentage of them. But I can't complain too much, because it just means that when I travel to fly the conditions always seem so nice and I can enjoy the scenery more! We have an awesome flying community here in Albuquerque, definitely worth a visit if you are in this part of the world, just make sure you bring your brown flying pants. 😉😉 oh, and tweezers for when you land in a cactus...

@@airwavetiti Same here, when I upload a video I do get a copy-right claim moste of the time. Then I look into the details. There are three things: * Effects on you channel * Viewability * monetization I check if the first two things are ok (green checkmark). Mostly the third thing is not allowed (making money with that video). But that is ok with me, because I don't do ;)

Pi3 is a super versatile light hike & fly wing. It also works fine in thermal and soaring conditions. I like it a lot

Der Pi1 ist von den Tragegurten aus gesehen tatsächlich ein Zweileiner. Wobei sich aber die A oben in zwei ebenen aufteilen ;)
