Hiking A STEEP ACTIVE Volcano - Quilotoa Lake, Ecuador 

We LOVE Quilotoa Lake in Ecuador. It is a few hours outside of Quito and it is actually an active volcano that is sunken in. It is one of those places that you could just stare at for hours and never get sick of it. However, at our first look, we actually couldn’t see the lake because the clouds were so thick.
So we ventured down the steepest hike of our lives and what we found was an incredible gem. The mountains were towering, the lake was bright and the flowers were stunning. We hope you enjoy this video and check out our channel to see more beautiful lakes around the world!
