Hiking BAREFOOT in FREEZING Weather | OSTROG Monastery Pilgrimage 

I'm coming from Montenegro, baptized in Ostrog as a baby. Looking a young foreign pair, visiting our most sacred and one of the world's most sacred places is just beautiful. Going there barefoot is the greatest respect and honor for an individual who Belives that something greater is upon us in this world. Walking there in winter is really challenging, sleeping even more, but in warmer days is one of the most unique experiences. I saw all the emotions in Heather's eyes, that's what that place truly brings. Thank you for this video and for exploring our country. Wishing you nothing but the best!

For those who don’t know, under Ottoman occupation, Montenegrin Serbs were some of the most rebellious fighters against Ottomans. So much so that they literally carved a monastery into the side of a mountain in order to preserve their traditions and culture and to not fall under the hands of Islam. This monastery is a true representation of Serbian and Montenegrin bravery

La marche pied nu est la meilleure marche qu'il puisse existé ça fait beaucoup de bien c'est très bon pour les pieds pour l'organisme je pratique la marche pied nu je le fait qu'en randonnée j'ai commencé mi mai jusqu'a fin novembre j'ai reprit la semaine dernière j'en ai fait 2 j'ai le dessous des pieds assez dur surtout au niveau du talon je préfère de garder la corne il faut ignorer les critiques négatives les regards bizarres et j'espère que vous allez continuer de le faire

You find it difficult to go barefoot because the soles of your feet are yet to be seasoned. Our soles were meant/ created to be bare,therefore a little bit of effort is what is required. All you need is to spend more time totally barefoot walk on gravel and stones more often and that'll make your soles tough and strong. Do it continuously for a few months and you're ready to explore any surface.

nice video, you get used to walking barefoot over time. I've been going barefoot all year round for 9 years and that's when I started in the winter.
