Easiest way is to fly from Chengdu to Daocheng airport. From the airport you can either rent a car, or take a 3 hour 400-500 RMB, taxi/uber. As far as I know there aren't any busses that'll take you. Easiest would be to book a private tour that'll pick you up from the airport and drive you there and to hotel and back again to the airport
