I've been running/ walking shirtless in deep cold (Indiana winter) for about 12 or so years. It's always a challenge but I never get even a slight cold and rather enjoy the experience. People around here think that I'm a weirdo (they're right), but I'll live longer than most and more healthily so...
Nice Joseph! Indiana winters are very cold! It's always funny how people look when we run shirtless in the winter, for sure you know that feeling too hahaha Have a nice day and thank you for the support :)
@@AddictedToNature1 Honestly, sometimes I feel like they look ridiculous wearing all of that when it's 20 degrees out and the snowfall isn't very heavy. I mean... I feel like a Spartan! It's nice to know that I'm not the only weirdo out there!
This could be, but I also learned that it really needs some time to get used to it. And I felt the snow temperature easy when it was 2°C outside, but when it was -7°C outside, the snow felt freezing and I couldn't feel my feet anymore after 2 min. So I don't know...I really thing that it depends on the person and training 😅
