Hiking the old Rocky Knob Trail! 

I finally hiked the whole Rocky Knob Trail, an old trail off Old Dial Road near Morganton, GA. I judged that a Winter hike would be best as leaves are down and vegetation at a minimum. It's a bit of a climb that starts with a forest road walk up to an old double track that eventually squeezes down to a single track. It makes a nice alternative for summiting Brawley Mountain and seeing the fire tower there, which I did. The bonus was a bit of snow that came down off and on!
