This was a rather short hike but a good workout of a climb on the AT up to Tray Mountain Summit! I was hoping to beat the threatening rain as the forecast was for dry weather most of the day. I've been adjusting my diet in an effort to shed some pounds and I think maybe my blood sugar was suffering. I was feeling a little drained for much of this hike but the hike down was fine and gave me a chance to move with little strain. The rain caught me for the last 3/4mi but never got too heavy.
