P.S. This video was filmed during mid March when temperatures ranged between 35 - 60 degrees. We even had snow! Snow dogs can’t tolerate heat very well, so winter, late fall, and early spring are the best times to visit Utah with snow dogs.

Broken Frags if you’re considering a husky, there are 2 things we suggest to do ♥️ 😀 1. Research this high maintenance breed. They are amazing, but are not a typical dog and so many people who don’t do the deep research, sadly end up dumping these poor beautiful babies in shelters and they end up in death row with many being euthanized in high kill shelters. You can check out the write up we did on our website HuskySquad.com as a starting point. 🐾♥️ 2. No matter the breed, we want to inspire you to rescue a dog from a shelter or adopt a dog from a rescue. There are 1000’s of dogs (yes, purebred too!) in shelters and rescues waiting for a loving home 🏡. Rescues are amazing ♥️ Kimahri we rescued from a terrible situation and she is our most affectionate dog. She literally gives us hugs every single day 🤗 you can even see it in this video. You’ll be a dog’s hero for life ♥️

I absolutely love your gorgeous videos! We have a husky/shepherd who is 9 months old and 80 lbs! We would love to feed him a raw diet, but everything I've checked into is so outrageously priced. He is also highly allergic to chicken. I would LOVE for you to do a video on what and how you are feeding/supplementing your precious pups. I learn so much from you all!

That looks sooooo amazing!! Guys, I fully admit, I'm a bit jealous. I so wanna visit Utah one day. Seemed to be a hard trail this time, but so awesome. Love the bond between you and the squad. How often do you meet other people dogs while hiking? You seem to travel lonely roads most of the time.

It was so silent, tranquil, and you’re right - it was a long trail but we all loved it so much! We’d go back! Btw, that entire wide wash is filled with water in the deep winter months. Isn’t that amazing? You should GO to Utah! We don’t meet people very often, but sometimes we bump into our RU-vid family. We do like the remote silent trails. It allows us to bond with the squad more, our favorite thing to do in the world. ♥️

Enjoying your videos so much and learning so much also. We got our first Husky over 13 years ago, I knew nothing about the breed except that they are beautiful dogs. I read up on Huskies and was worried if we would be able to take care of our Lakota, but we have managed so far. (we got her a brother a year after we had her but sadly our sweet boy Neeko past at just 9 years old, still so painful) Love your squad so much!

Thank you! Utah is incredible, you'll love it there! Through the many years of travel with the squad, we've never restrained them. Our drives are often between 3-9 hours and that would be very uncomfortable for them, especially with three pups. We have an entire setup in the back that's fully plushed and padded out for them. We drive very safely (don't see the point of speeding) so we feel comfortable with the way we've had it. Thank you for the nice message and have a wonderful week! ❤️

Exactly what Oakleyfan88 said! And the squad is not 100% off leash. It’s very specific and it’s not something that you can “just do and hope for the best”

Spectre than would be an interesting perspective 😄 we’re just not sure if we want to add more “stuff” on them than the harness that they already have to wear. We don’t the Squad to be uncomfortable ♥️

Yea i understand that, but you only need a few shots from their perspective. you would probably get the shots you need by putting it on for 5 or 10 min now and again. One go pro could be shared between them. Its just an idea, not that you need them. I love your videos as they are. Would be fun though. Love to the huskies from the UK.

oh yeah, nice catch 😀- I'm a mutt - I was raised in Europe, so English is not my first language but a I speak a few languages so the accent is all mixed
