Quick repair on a cheap and cheerful polisher. This DAS6 is actualy sold by many companies that sent and it as their own. poor boy, sealey to name a few.
Rotary bearings had failed and it needed a new pad.
Not a bad wee machine for the money. It has obviously see quite a bit if work.

I been looking for ine of these to buy. Do yu re sell these when yu fix them i need a framing nail gun badly and cant go out and affford a bran new

I have 6 of these guns. First two. Operated hard for a year and no problems. LVL and hard wood all day long. Then I had to get new seals out in them. Then I bought 4 of the 36v ones. A couple of them just wouldn’t turn on after about 3 months. Then when you put a new battery in, it would ruin the battery and just the two outside lights would flash. I lost 4 batteries to this. Anyone else have the same issue. I love the guns but this is definitely a problem.

Question, one of my hikoki nailers sporadically stops firing telling me the battery's dead. I've tried multiple charged battery's and it's the same issue. All the battery's work no problem on my other guns and tools. Could this also be a fuse issue?
