Hi. Are you using NI-K2? If yes, does it support smart events notification for facial defection if the ip camera I bought has accusense/deep learning facial detection feature?
Your NVR is new and not yet activated? If new, it should prompt you to make new password But if not new, someone else already put a password and you have to removed or change using SADP Tools

@@agussumardiono 8:18 right click your mouse on the screen, No response? you have new NVR? if there is no any important configuration try to reset to factory default or check the firmware maybe need to be upgrade to newer version or else contact your local distributor support. Thanks
