Dave Chappelle sounds like that every once in a while..at times. I feel it’s equivalent to someone who can impersonate Arnold Schwarzenegger yelling but can’t do Arnold just talking normal. Jim usually would do a couple of Dave’s catch phases and leave it, not have a whole conversation in character. And this is just a story. People being way to harsh.
