Tom wrote songs to One Direction "I want" and "Dont forget where you belong" then Mcfly made a openning tour for them. There are same videos on yt about this tour.

Tom and Matt (busted) went to school together and didn’t get along at all. Matt has even said before he wasn’t happy when Tom walked into the audition hall but changed his mind quickly. Tom’s audition is actually online somewhere and you can see Charlie chilling in the back. The initial idea was they would be a 4 piece but it was decided after 24 hours they preferred a 3 piece and Tom got the boot but they remained friendly and written together a lot. Ironically Tom and Matt are now neighbours lol. Yes the one direction stuff is fact. I want, I would, don’t forget where you belong, and irresistible we’re written by at least one of the McFly guys. Yes, Tom was in Busted for 1 day. He still stayed close to the lads and co-wrote some stuff. When McFly were formed, they toured with Busted as their support act and were even called "Baby Busted" with their styles being similar.

Harry won Strictly Come Dancing and Dougie won I'm a Celeb a few years ago and Danny was on a show called "Pop Star to Opera Star" More recently, Tom has also been on Strictly Come Dancing and a couple of months ago Danny was runner up on Celebrity Masterchef 🙂

busted - tom really was kicked out, but the management liked him and asked him to stick around and help film some other auditions for a different band, danny went to those auditions but didn't fit what they wanted, tom was asked to help teach him a backstreet boys song, they clicked and decided to form a band together, they wrote a lot of mcflys songs together, along with james bourne from busted. 1D- tom and danny co wrote don't forget where you belong with niall , and danny produced it, tom also wrote i would and i want. reality shows - harry won strictly in 2011 and cooking with the stars in 2021 dougie won im a celeb in 2011 danny came 5th on pop star to opera star and is a coach on the voice kids, he won one season , and was a finalist on celebrity masterchef in 2022 tom eventually did a reality show, he did strictly as well, but was the 8th celeb to be eliminated (toms wife giovanna also won im a celeb in 2020) the lindsay lohan comment- in 2005 mcfly were in a movie with her called just my luck, and one night they were both a bit drunk and they (in harry's words) "almost had sex" after lindsay "tried to seduce him in a bathroom". they wrote the song Please Please about the situation and name dropped her in it dougies rehab stints- his first was in 2011 when he checked himself in, and in 2016 during mcflys hiatus when the other boys saw him they realised he was on something and helped him again to go to rehab for the second time in 2016. apologies for the essay but i hope this helps :)

Yes Tom auditioned for busted. The label decided they only wanted James, Matt and Charlie but they put Tom and James together to write. About a year or so later, the label held another audition for a boy band called V so rom was there filming the auditions and that’s how he met Danny. Danny didn’t know it was for a boy band like Backstreet Boys though That’s basically how that got started

Yes he has written songs for 1D. The song “I Want” he wrote for his sister Carrie then later sold it to 1D However there is a rough version of Tom singing it on RU-vid and a version Carrie sings. 1D version the words are flipped and it has different meaning You should go liaten
