This parenting style will give her the confidence in expressing herself in a calm manner as an adult. She will be strong and confident as a woman and will know the value of her voice. She will also measure every man to the love, respect and greatness of her dad. She will look for his qualities in her future partners, ensuring that she doesn't waste any of her time on men who don't respect women.

Exactly! Doesn't happen all the time. Most parents go into defence mode when their children try to teach them about manners. Like, they don't even want to admit their faults even when it's clear n obvious ! What parents should realize is that Children are smart. They observe things happening around then and start reasoning at very young age. So, they see everything we do. Parents should consciously keep this is mind and behave. So that we may not be bad example/influence .
