Major props to the guy in the parking lot, I'm sure he learned alot of things that day, nad he was so willing to listen to a bunch of kids with their old jdm and euro cars modded the syle of modern car culture. We need more sweet people like this guy in the community, as well as the world in itself ❤❤❤
Hey Jack. Just wanted to say it was amazing meeting you at Springfest 2023. Definitely one of my favorite memories ever. Thank you so much for doing what you do ❤
I can absolutely relate to this awesome experience. One time after a car event I met an older guy with an old mustang and we started talking about his experience owning the vehicle. Then he saw my lowly run of the mill 2014 Focus and he asked how old it was. I told him it was a 2014 and he was surprised that Ford still made the focus that long. This led to me telling him the rest about the car, and he became enthralled with all the cool tech that we forget is so incredible in our new cars. What he thought was the coolest was the dual clutch transmission, the voice commands, and thought the ambient lighting was the coolest thing ever. He really enjoyed messing around with the lights and using the voice commands to play music off of his iPod. I definitely want to be this person when I get older, as sometimes I feel like I may just glance over stuff because of how normal it is to our culture, but when you think about it, even some of our simple things are amazing.
That old man reminded me of the first car meet I ever went to, where this 70-something year old guy had an MGB GT that he'd turned into a full-on track car, and he told me that he still took her to the track twice a month. What makes the story even better is that it was his first car ever, and he'd bought it off his dad in the 1980s. It was such an awesome story to hear, and I really do hope that man is still living his best life ripping that thing around the track.
I would expected the couple to be more interested in the Camaro but i was so happy to see that the drift machine caught their interest more. That’s car culture right there 👌
I like how at the start when going to spring fest it kinda reminded me of how at the start of most forza horizon games (mainly number 1 ) u can see cars driving near and talk to people on the way there
We should try and find that old man this was dope I love talking cars with old guys they have so much knowledge even more if they are a mechanic or auto body
Hi Jack! I'm a huge fan of yours, I always watch you since I was a kid, I remember the time when you used to play w/ The Crew😂! And I just want to let you know that you've completed my childhood. Love you Jack!❤️
Itsso good to see old people enoying and liking cars. Cause i have a friend who has cool cars and we went on a cruise with his mk4 supra and r32 gtr. And we werent even racing or being loud we just went out to take pictures of them in the sunset. And an old couple came by and they started talking about why are we doing this here we should be racing at a racetrack and other bullshit. And again we werent racing we were taking pictures in the sunset.
