@@MarkoFelix is that like every pricey shoe or some or just the ones you buy...like i believe you ...cause it makes sense but what im trying to say is ...is there any proof?
@ThisIsMyRealName RU-vid video title says he makes $900 a day. Sees a charismatic black man on the street & thinks he's homeless. Black people can never win.
I never knew that was a thing until my cousins surprised my uncle with a new mattress. He almost had a heart attack but thankfully the old one was in the garage....
John Kang - If he is that smart, he files a return every year. His problem is, now that he has told the world what he makes, The IRS will have an expectation of a estimated minimum number on the income line of his return. Anything else, they can ask questions.
@@yourmajestythequeenbee he earns more in a day than i sometimes do in a month. And my income is considered as a great one in my Mother Russia. I even have friends that are jealous. I have two educations and 8+ year of experience and i think that this random video that I watched at 2 am is about to change my life.
@TheLovelyCarol Youre correct but this guy is a legend in my book. He is one of the reasons ill never forget my trip to NYC and besides that my shoes have never been this clean, he even got dried paint off of it!
@TheLovelyCarol the fact that he made tha video because of his actions and hardworking since the 90's makes him a legend regardless of whether he makes it in the video or not.
That freedom of being self employed is so underrated like he said. The amount of stress I or others deal with at an office job is crazy...Meeting targets, big projects, presentations etc...This man has it made. Just a steady income and just worrying about the weather.
I did my time canvassing in Seattle all day asking for donations for the ASPCA and I started the day on fire full of charisma but the constant rejection and people not even giving you a second of their day can really take it out of you. The hustle is real.
@@IrishRepoMan Trust us, he said "formerly", as in "used to be", not "formally" as in "officially". You have to listen past the accent. Homonyms will only mess you up if you let them.
No joke this guy roasted my old scuffed up shoes so many times that I had to buy new ones. I was always in a rush to get somewhere so I never stopped for a shine but he made me laugh on quite a few occasions.
Having "No backstabbing coworkers" is reason enough to do what he's doing!!! I've never in my life made a friend at any job I had because coworkers are definitely backstabbers.
That thing he said at the end that the main reason I decided to start my own company 6 years ago and to be honest, I have no regrets. It's true you struggle, it's hard at first, but eventually if you work hard it'll pay off. There is nothing like being your own boss and don't have to worry about the back staving coworkers although it's a gungle I have to tell you, you have to fight hard and never give up..you'll suffer but your sacrifice one day will be compensated but over all be kind and stay humble 💯 %
@@sunny-lk5sr It happens more often than you think. Especially coworkers who seem to have zero interest in investing time with you outside of work hours, but seem to be fully invested during work hours
He said he made $900 that day. New York post took that and made it a whole title and claimed that he made that everyday. I’m sure he has slow days where he makes less or close to nothing. He also works outside. No ones getting their shoes shined in the rain or when it’s freezing cold like it is sometimes in the city.
@@HM-uu9ug or an evil trouble making shrivelled fiend, who if ever she opens the foul chasm of doom she calls a mouth towards me ever again will get it filled with staplers and broken calculators. For a random example.
He's been doing this since the year I was born. I need to go do an internship with him, on how to start a conversation with strangers and on how to handle rejection!
Even so,he just gotta keep the receipt and keep count of how much he spends on buffers clothes and polish. They can’t bother him to much. Even his stand has a coat too but it’s a one man business. In the winter he can have a one or two man booth and still make a killing.
When I was a kid I shined shoes in bars. One of the others taught me how to use my hands to put the polish on. I tripled my income. The guy who taught me was a black shoe shine teen.
It's not about how much money you make, it's how much you save. People who have made 40k a year have become millionaires just from saving and compound interest.
Its not an LLC therefore he doesnt have to pay taxes. As soon as you get a buisiness insured then you have to pay taxes. Whats there to insure? His 2 computer chairs?? Lol
How you know millionaires aren't happy ? Propaganda coming from movies so the poor feels a little better about themselves and stay in their "place", meaning staying poor
Bahae Eddine no I’m lucky I’ve more money then I know what to do with. I’m very happy. But I know so many who reach the top an there not happy because there always searching for the next high. New car, close a big biz deal. But they never feel fulfilled. I have a family an I think that puts things in perspective for me. I see my kids happy then that is my job done in life

I am proud of him. He could complain and push blame on others but instead he gets up each day and works hard. That is the attitude that made this country great. More people need that attitude instead of looking for a hand out.
This video is from 2017, how the heck is it trending?? This man has given me the key to successful entrepreneurship; make people laugh and give them quality service!
