just wanted to chime in and say that boreals hatred also has a aerial dmg reduction passive on it so it might be better then vigor if you dont have primed vigor. edit: Woul using archon stretch help shield regen? since its her resource and her exalted weapon does inate electricity.

I'd go with boreal hatred bc the effect give an extra 24% dmg reduction while airborne lol health is mostly useless on hildryn and i'd trade the 10% shield capacity for that tbf with avionics + aerodynamics give you a whoopin 88% dmg reduction while airborn xD

Agreed, people over hype PSF. Fortunately it would be idiotic to put it on this build since DE came to their senses and realized hildryn had a literal unusable ability.
Thoughts on elemental ward helminth for even more shield? also, i would add Amalgam Barrel Diffusion on grim for 60% dodge speed, helps with the movement
Only question is why vial rush over reave? Did reave not go as far or feel as good? I would think the shield leaching would be a bonus along side the movement it gives
Since arcane avenger is worthless without combat discipline on hildryn, I elect to go either Molt Efficiency or Arcane Aegis. I've also chosen to go with less range and more strength so I can get a 100% defense strip with 2 tau strength shards. With this, I also replace Molt Augmented with one of the aforementioned arcanes. I just don't think the ability range is as important as this build makes it out to be.
Why? The ability only boosts melee critical chance, so it has no effect on Balefire Charger. Furthermore, he stated during the video that Vial Rush scatters cold procs everywhere to help slow Eximus units.
Wrathful Advance doesn't just boost melee critical chance. It also teleports you. I'm using it for the same reason he uses Vital Rush: mobility. Aegis Storm is just too slow. I don't care about slowing Eximus units since I can just mow them down with Balefire anyway.
Wrathful Advance also lets you fly directly upwards, infinitely and far beyond the height cap of Aegis Storm. For example in Ascension, you can fly all the way to the top.
I replaced her third ability in favor of Airburst, with his augment "Airburst Rounds" which provides more percentage damage for secondaries (balefire charger), based on how many enemies you suck in with the ability. I like big numbers, yeah 😅
Elemental Ward is also a really good option for her and can replace vigor and open up the slot for rapid resilience. Run an adarza Kavat for an extra flat 60% cc with Avenger and you'll regularly have 110 cc on her 1. It also benefits from arcane precision (300% secondary damage) which I believe would give you more damage than Molt Augmented.
What other helminth options could I use? I personally don’t have Lavos yet, and I would like to use something other than haven since both 3 and 4 would be draining shields faster than you can blink.
@@noahedenborg4221 Her Chargers can be modded for Blast, and most Hildryn's are running around with Amalgam Furax Bodycount and can spread blast procs easily with those fists.
@@prankstaloutus781 Tried swapping out one shield capacity shard for an hp regen shard and it pretty much negates the self damage from a rank 4 combat discipline. I think the crits you get vastly outweigh the flat damage you lose from swapping out the shield shard. And I subsumed elemental ward over haven to give me even more shields
My mod won’t equip but it shows in the mod screen. Anyone having this issue? Can’t find anyone on Reddit talking about it. I maxed the mod and it’s confirmed in my mod section. PLZ HALP
If you have the mod in your inventory, but it doesn't show when you try equipping it on hildryn, chances are you have the ability that the mod is for helminthed.
When will you people realize that using the augment mod for the bronco and using the ruvox with melee crescendo will massively increase your movement speed for the entire duration of the mission for a “build” like this? It’s not rocket science.
Usually yes, but not this time. The mod only does what an augmnet should do: make her first ability stronger. They completely reworked/buffed her 4th ability. Without that, the mod would still be useless.
As a Hildryn main this is cool, but not as near as effective as breach surge and pillage. Why fly in the air with little movement, when I can blind strip and annihilate while bullet jumping. This is a meme.. period. Big gurls don't fly!
