Living in both Wellington and Auckland, the need to climb hills was essentially doubled for Kim. In and around Wellington city and the surrounding airport suburbs, means having suitable power (torque for geeks) is just essential. Similarly traversing around Auckland’s eastern suburbs, brings the same requirement. So up rocked the Triride Special Light!! As you hear from Kim, manually using his wheelchair across the same environments was never going to work. For the MaxAbility and Triride teams it was especially pleasing to hear some of the commentary from Kim, for which biking has been an integral part of his life to date. We were pretty stoked to enable a solution that helps gets him back on that path. Happy riding Kim!
