Good video again! Are the cheviot lambs chev/mayo cross lambs? Have yous never kept pure chev ewes? Hardy enough the wicklow too.

Yeah that's the cross robert. They can be very big Cheviots do you think? We find them a bit hardier and easier fed crossed with the horny.

@ewetube.ireland aye, they would stretch up into quite a big ewe. I was brought up with blackface and kept them myself for a few years, then tried the chev and thought they done alot better for me.
