Sharing a couple examples of my favorite workout: Hill Repeats!
I tackled the 5% grade over 360m at about 5K pace. The first workout I managed 6 reps in the heat. The second workout I managed a couple more.
The Hill Reps allow me to put in the effort, but help to reduce the pounding on my ankle.
